Andrea Maria Jeremiah works as an Indian playback actress, singer and musician. Her work is primarily in Tamil or Malayalam-language movies. Annayum Rasoolum was her Malayalam as well as Tamil acting debuts. Andrea Jeremiah grew up in a Tamil Nadu Anglo-Indian home. Andrea's dad was a Madras High Court lawyer. There is a younger sister who resides in Leuven Belgium as researcher assistant. Jeremiah is a native of Chennai. in Chennai went to National Public School. He was a graduate of Women's Christian College. Jeremiah has stated that she was an avid fan of science and wanted to become a psychiatrist after passing the 12th grade of her board exams.Andrea learned classical piano at the age of eight. She sang in The Jackson Five style troupe Young Stars when she was 10. The group was the beginning of her singing and music composition career. She performed as a performer at the college, in a variety of productions that were put on by The Madras Players or EVAM. Andrea was the President of The Women's Christian College's Student Senate. Andrea began her acting career as an infant performer in Girish Karnad Nagamandala. The role she played in 2006's Leo Coffee commercial was in the role of Shiva. Andrea plays Kalyani as a wife and mother of a man with an affair. Andrea was chosen to play Kalyani after Simran Shobana, Tabu and other actresses were approached.
