Hilary Duff turns 28 on the 28th of September in 1997. Houston Texas was her birthplace. The actress became very famous quickly and is one of the most sought-after and well-loved actresses. She has three children: Susan Duff, Robert Erhard Duff, and Haylie Duff. As a child Hilary wanted to follow in her older sister's footsteps and began traveling with her in the Cecchetti Ballet. The actress of just 16 years was able to begin her acting career when realizing that ballet was her passion. The first time the young actress acted in a part came in 1998's Casper Meets Wendy. Her starring role in Wendy was to be her first of several. Her breakout performance, one that we adored when we were kids, was Duff in the role of Lizzie McGuire in the Lizzie McGuire film series. Hilary Duff is celebrating her birthday today and honoring all she's achieved and keep achieving within the realm of entertainment.
