Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding - born Elena Jane Goulding (30 December 1986) in Hereford (England) she is an English singer/songwriter. Ellie Goulding rose quickly to the top of her game with her electronic pop style after she drew the attention of people with "Starry Eyed" as well as "Guns and Horses" in 2010. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding is at the cutting edge, like Kate Bush and Imogen Sheap, of mainstream contemporary music, and independent, arty pop. Her soprano voice as well as her ability to write emotionally authentic songs make her distinct. Polydor Records signed her to one of their record labels and she was preparing the launch of her debut album.
